Turkish Delight Choc Mousse

  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 2 Tbsp Castor Sugar
  • 300ml Thickened Cream
  • 200g Chocolate
  • 1 drop doTERRA rose oil (doTERRA geranium oil can be used instead)
  • Turkish Delight (chopped into chunks)
  • Berry Coulis (optional)

Break up and melt chocolate, add essential oil and allow to cool slightly.
Separate egg whites from yolk and whisk on high until soft peaks form.
Slowly add castor sugar while continuing to whisk on high.
Add cream & cooled melted chocolate to the egg mix and fold through gently.
Fold through Turkish delight chunks and place in dish to refrigerate.
Top with berry coulis before serving.

This recipe can be eaten straight away or stored in the fridge for no more than two days.
Try using hazelnut chocolate with a drop of doTERRA’s Wild Orange Essential oil as a tasty alternative.

This is a seriously easy dessert to make and there are so many yummy alternatives, it will have everyone coming back for more!
I’d love to hear what you think of it after you’ve tried making it yourself and would love you to share your favourite alternatives with us in the comments below.
